Copyrights, purchasing rights, and other proprietary rights in the material on this web site, also include individuals other than, and in addition to, I.D.I. that appear on this site.  I.D.I prohibits the copying of any protected materials on this web site, except for the purposes of fair use, as defined in copyright laws.   Users of any I.D.I material must cite the source of material.

Restrictions
Unauthorized publication, or exploitation of I.D.I files is specifically prohibited. Anyone wishing to use any  I.D.I files or images for commercial use, publication, or any purpose other than fair use as defined by law, must request and receive prior permission from I.D.I.

I.D.I reserves the right to share the email address/ contact information of any individual that I.D.I feels is in violation of a civil right, or has abused the use of the website in any way.  If this conduct takes place, the contact information  will be shared with an enforcer of the law.

Images

I.D.I will on occasion take photos during our events, classes, workshops, performances and additional. These images will in turn be shared on our website, social media platforms, and with our sponsors, supporters, associates, and additional.  Attendees, and those purchasing tickets to events, classes, workshops, performances, and additional understand that these images are owned by I.D.I.  Should users wish to not be captured in photos please share this information with an I.D.I marketing representative, or upper management.

Classes/ Exclusion of liability
INICA DANCE INDUSTRIES OR I.D.I, IT'S OWNER, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND ASSOCIATES,  SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES TO PERSONS, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHICH MIGHT BE SUSTAINED BY STUDENTS, CLIENT'S, THEIR FAMILIES, GUESTS OR OTHERS IN OUR FACILITY, OR RENTED FACILITIES, ONLINE PROGRAMMING, OR IN ANY ACTIVITY WHICH IS PRESENTED BY OR IN ASSOCIATION WITH I.D.I.

 

THE STUDENT, AND PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND ASSOCIATES OF SAID STUDENT AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE INICA DANCE INDUSTRIES (I.D.I) THE OWNER, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND ASSOCIATES, WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS OF LIABILITY, PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY, OR LOSS OF LIFE TO PERSONS, HOWEVER CAUSED.  INDIVIDUALS ARE AWARE THAT CLASSES, AND SESSIONS ARE TAKEN AT YOUR OWN RISK
